Director and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Elman is the Managing Partner of Persistence Capital Partners, a leading private equity fund focused exclusively on investing in high-growth opportunities in Canadian healthcare, which he co-founded in 2008. Prior to co-founding Persistence Capital Partners, he worked for nearly 10 years at Medisys Health Group, initially as CFO, and later as President. He currently serves as a Director of Carebook Technologies Inc. (TSXV: CRBK). Mr. Elman earned an Honours in Business Administration with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Skip Bourdo is an accomplished pharmacy and healthcare executive with 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Bourdo had a successful 27-year career at Walgreens, one of North America's largest pharmacy chains, starting as a cashier, then store manager, and growing in positions of ever-increasing responsibility, including integration and business transformation roles, and culminating as Group Vice President, Pharmacy and Retail Field Operations for Walgreens' Western operations, where he oversaw a network covering 4,700 retail, health system and specialty pharmacy locations, generating over $46 billion in revenue, and employing over 120,000 team members in 29 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, serving nearly 4 million customers and patients every day.
Valerie Sorbie

Valerie Sorbie is Board Chair and a member of the Office of the President at LXRandCo (TSX: LXR), as well as Managing Director at Gibraltar Ventures, a consumer and retail focused venture capital fund. She previously served as the Chief Administrative Officer of BMO Capital Markets and Senior Vice President, Office of Strategic Management at BMO Financial Group. She has also previously served on multiple Boards, including: Harvard Kennedy School Woman’s Leadership Board; Tilley Endurables; Steam Whistle Brewery; Bishop Strachan School (Chair); TKEES; Kahuso (Chair); and Black Business and Professionals Association. Ms. Sorbie holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, a Premier Diploma from the University of Grenoble, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Biology from the University of Western Ontario.

Josh Blair is the Chairman of TELUS International (Cda) Inc. (NYSE & TSX: TIXT), which designs, builds, and delivers next-generation digital solutions to enhance the customer experience for global and disruptive brands. He is the CEO of Impro.AI, which he co-founded, a Partner at Esplanade Ventures and he serves as a Director of Carebook Technologies Inc. (TSXV: CRBK). From 1995 through 2019, he served in increasingly senior leadership roles at TELUS Corporation. Mr. Blair holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria and also completed the Executive Program at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Lisa Greatrix is the Senior Vice-President, Finance and Investor Relations at Canadian Tire Corporation (TSX: CTC.A; CTC). She previously served as Vice-President, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at CTC, and has held senior positions at MDS, Research in Motion, and Xerox Canada. Since 2020, she has served as a National Board and Audit Committee member for the Canadian Institute of Investor Relations (CIRI). Lisa is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University. She has also completed the Queen’s Executive Program.

Prior to this, he served as President of Canadian Tire Financial Services Limited and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Tire Bank, both of which are majority-owned subsidiaries of CTC. A recipient of Canada’s CFO of the Year Award, Mr. McCann is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a graduate of the Chartered Director program at McMaster University’s Directors College.

He previously led the North American Retail Healthcare Sector at Kearney, a global management consulting firm with responsibilities for retail pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, mail order, and distributor clients. He also previously served as a Director of Shelter Inc., an Illinois based non-profit organization. Mr. O’Meara holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
